The Evangelization & Worship Department of the Diocese of Green Bay is looking for the right candidate to fill the full-time position of Campus Ministry Director, located on the Campus of the University of Wisconsin Green Bay (UWGB). This position will be responsible for fostering the spiritual and sacramental needs of Catholic college students attending UWGB and oversight of the Campus Ministry program at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh (UWO), within the overall context of evangelization. This administration will be done in collaboration with the staff of the UWGB Ecumenical Center and of the Newman Center, Oshkosh, according to the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church and the policies and procedures of the Diocese of Green Bay, under the supervision of the Director of Evangelization and Worship.
The position requires a Master’s degree in Theology or related area plus a minimum of three years experience in the field, knowledge of the development and psychology of college students and young adults and effective methods of evangelizing them. Must have a good working knowledge of applicable Church documents on young people, particularly documents dealing with evangelization of young people and must be a practicing Catholic.
